Domestic orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing. All products are shipped with temperature in mind to preserve product integrity.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Contact us immediately at team@retaonelabs.co.uk if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment (within 24 hours of order placement). Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website. For orders requiring signature confirmation, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
WILL YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?
No, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your financial information remains protected.
WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN YOU APPLY IT AND ADJUST MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to apply the discount code retroactively. Our system doesn’t allow modifications to processed transactions without incurring extra charges. Feel free to use the discount code for your next order.
HOW DO I CHECK STOCK AVAILABILITY FOR RETATRUTIDE DOSAGES?

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Due to the nature of our products, we typically will ship through carriers like UPS and Fedex due to this we recommend to list a physical address to not delay your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact team@retaonelabs.co.uk immediately for urgent modifications.

Submit independent laboratory analysis results showing our product doesn’t meet stated specifications within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, batch number, and official lab report. We’ll process refund and replacement upon verification.
WHAT CONSTITUTES ORDER DAMAGE?
Damage includes: broken vials, compromised seals, leaked contents, missing ice packs, or evidence of temperature exposure during shipping. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for immediate resolution.

IN WHAT FORM ARE YOUR PEPTIDES SUPPLIED?
All RetaOne Labs peptides are supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) white powder in sterile glass vials. Each vial contains the stated amount with 99%+ purity guaranteed.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PEPTIDES?
Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C (freezer) for long-term storage or 2-8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use (up to 30 days). Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C. Protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
WHAT DOES THE BATCH NUMBER MEAN?

DO YOU PROVIDE RECONSTITUTION SUPPLIES?
